This house is on the market at the bargain price of $19,978 simoleans for a four bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a huge walk out basement. This house is furnished for four people right now, so your family can move straight in and live happily until that first paycheck rolls in. It is built on a 2X2 plot and the house is fully equiped. The kitchen is fully fitted with base units, a fridge and a cooker. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and one of the bedrooms in the basement is furnished with twin singles. The other two bedrooms are empty. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a bookcase, a desk and a TV set and the house has other essential items such as a telephone and two furnished bathrooms.
