Paradise Palms - This file is undergoing construction This is a really old house, in fact it was the first house I ever built in the sims 2. It is not very good but I'm adding it to this section as some people did like it. At the time it was built the raised pool was a pretty amazing feat of building. It is unfinished in that the interior is not furnished or completed. |
Tutorial House Part Three - The Big Blue House This is the third in the tutorial houses that I hve rebuilt. This is the second house that Joe and Jane live in together in the game tutorial area. I have made it an exact copy of the house in the game, even the trees are on the same grid squares. The interior of the house is furnished although the lot does not contain any custom content. It comprises of one bedroom, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. Outside there is a deck and a huge garden so the scope for extensions and landscaping are unlimited. I have built it on a 5X5 plot as it was in the game and it is on the market for the princely sum of $59,605 Simoleans. |

Contemporary Cabin Part Two - The Cosy Retreat This cabin is smaller than my previous one, and although it has a traditional style to the exterior, the interior has a very contemporary feel. This is a Vacation Cabin for half the price of my first one, but it still has some great features. Behind the cabin is a raised deck area for sunbathing with a decorative sunken plunge pool, barbeque area and seating area with outdoor fireplace to take the chill off the cool mountain air. There is a cute little waterfall in the garden and the advantage of a long driveway and garage to the side of the property for your vehicles. Additionally, there is a large loft for storing your career rewards, christmas tree etc. or for expansion.
