Terrains and Neighbourhoods |
The neighbourhood above was my first attempt at creating a custom terrain in sim city 4. Here is the rar file if you want to download it. The picture was taking during play but it comes bare and uninhabited! It is large as I was testing my new Dual Core PC's capabilities! |
The file above contains the SC4 file as well as the four .png files which should all go in your SC4 Terrains folder. |
